"Knowledge is Power," and as the people of Artsakh seek to build a democratic nation with a thriving free-market economy, perhaps nothing could be more critical to ensuring their success. Unfortunately, Artsakh continues to be excluded from virtually all US and internationally sponsored educational and development programs.

Initiating student exchange programs and advanced training opportunities in such essential fields as agriculture, business, public administration and law. AFA will work with the NKR Ministry of Education to identify key areas for improvement and will secure the inclusion of Artsakhi students in educational programs that address these needs.
