Liberty is one of the most fundamental ideals of mankind. No value is more cherished or universally accepted. Yet only now, after decades of Soviet and Azerbaijani oppression, are the people of Artsakh realizing their dream of freedom. Meanwhile, the fragile cease-fire agreement, that provided the people of Artsakh with their independence, continues to be violated by Azeri forces on a regular basis. Thus, as the people of Artsakh struggle to preserve their existence, it is incumbent upon all freedom-loving people to make sure that they do.

Promoting freedom for all people by working with the U.S. government, the media, think tanks, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the public in support of a peaceful resolution to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
